ELT 1000
Never leave the runway without having an Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) on board. Il B406-4 è stato modificato per interfacciarsi con il Master Caution System della Boeing insieme al pannello remoto della cabina di pilotaggio montato sul DZUS (P/N 453-0161) per il B737 ed è inoltre approvato per l’uso su tutti i modelli di B747, B757, B767 e B777.

Il G406-4 ELT si attiva automaticamente durante un incidente e trasmette un messaggio digitale a 406 MHz a una rete mondiale di satelliti di ricerca e soccorso, aiutando i primi soccorritori locali a identificare rapidamente e accuratamente non solo dove ti trovi, ma anche chi sei.
